Overall structural works for the townhouses are finished. The internal trades are underway and are now progressing hand-in-hand with MEP. The external works have also commenced, including water tanks, pergolas and facade works. |

The apartments superstructure works are in progress with some buildings reaching 3rd floor concrete slab. Furthermore, the internal trades are scheduled to start in the coming months. |
